Bertramka Mozart Museum

|
Mozart stayed here in the late 18th century and the beauty of the location inspired him to throw together the odd tune or two, including the famous Don Giovanni, which debuted in Prague in 1787. There is a permanent exhibition in the composer's honour, which occupies the (now refurbished) rooms which he occupied whilst staying here. Numerous concerts are held at the museum, and it's a real highlight to see one in the wonderful gardens if you visit in summer. |
