This gem of a restaurant has been around since 1679 and its gimmick is that the whole thing is set underground in a natural cave. Not that it needs a gimmick though, as the food is good enough for it to operate without one: the menu is very large and varied, with a particularly broad range of game dishes. All the splendour is reflected in the prices however, making this a destination that may not be in the budget of most visitors.
The food was absolutely amazing. We had exlusive menu , starting with caviar with champagne Krug snd ending with delicious dezzert. The wine pairing with each course is more than touchable and incredable enjpying on ur tongue and finally the proce comparing with the prices in other restaurants with this kind of high quality food is for us more than excellent. Dinner in this restaurant offering cheaper choices too including wines from Cz republic. My wife was more than imprest and can not stop speak about our experiance in this restaurant to all our friends. High recommended!!!!

I found this restaurant one of the best I ever have been to, we were treated as kings and queens and the food and service was superb. May be a bit expensive for an ordinary salary but it will be a memory for life. Good sommelier, good waiter and very good food. Not to mention the surroundings in the old wine cellar. Thumbs up!!

Having read other reviews we were a little nervous about this restaurant but we were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent informative and polite. the food was delicious and we all enjoyed the atmosphere. we had no problems getting the a'la carte menu they were offered without asking . all in all can recommend but this is not a cheap option, but worth every penny.
