HI-TECH Praha is an Internet cafe and call shop located right in the Old Town, housed in the historic 16th century U Radnickych building. They speak English, and are happy to help you with making a long-distance call or buying a phone card. Their rates are quite reasonable for the Old Town, with Internet use costing 1 CZK per minute, with discounts available for ISIC and ITIC card holders. The cafe also offers very cheap calls to Europe, America and Canada. They are open from 9 am until 9 pm every day.
