This house of books houses four floors of books on just about anything... in Czech. But if the thought of reading a book in Czech sounds as pleasant as writing one in ancient Mandarin, head straight to the top floor, where the books in English live. You'll also find the books with pretty pictures there as well - art, architecture, design, etc. Once you've picked your Dostoevsky or your Kafka, head to the 1st floor for their cozy old-fashioned cafe - as well as sheet music, CDs, and a place to leave the kids. |
