Anagram

Anagram is a friendly and quirky bookshop with a great range of first and second-hand English-language books. The staff are very knowledgable and are happy to recommend titles based on other books you've liked. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, which encourages browsing, but be warned: we have lost entire afternoons here by mistake! If you are searching for that particular something but can't find it anywhere then you can make use of the special orders service, and if you live in the Czech Republic then you can receive books by mail order.

Anagram has been my second home since I moved here a while back, both for somewhere to lose myself on rainy (or snowy) days, and as a place to meet other foreign folk in town.
