Hotel U Prince is as central as it gets: right on the Old Town square. If you're looking for olde-worlde charm, antiques in abundance, and a refined air, then this is the place for you. There are two restaurants, one of which specialises in seafood, and both are of extremely high quality. The hotel also has one of the best views over Prague, from its terrace on the top floor. If you've got the cash then you won't do better than staying here; otherwise, admire from the outside!
